The project is guided by five experiential principles:
Aristocratic Ease
Celebration & Intimacy
Nature as Setting
Shared Experiences
Slow Luxury
The reception and lounge are conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of the Scuderia. Positioned as the point of arrival and transition, this space becomes where guests physically and symbolically intersect with the Villa. It is the place where history and modern hospitality overlap, where agricultural memory meets contemporary ritual. Raw tactility, vaulted proportions, and layered materials recall the Scuderia, while refined detailing introduces a quiet sense of Aristocratic Ease.
The rooms within the historic Villa reinterpret the atmosphere of noble domestic life. Aristocratic Ease is expressed through spatial proportion, controlled ornament, and material tactility. Velvet, oak wood, bronze, Venetian plaster, and Venetian terrazzo establish a quiet dialogue with the architecture of the Villa.
The new rooms in the former Scuderie translate agricultural memory into contemporary hospitality. Once part of the Villa’s productive system, these volumes now embody Nature as Setting. Their interiors draw from rural material culture and landscape tones, transforming farm structures into refined yet grounded living spaces.
Restoration works continue on site, while the spa, Orangerie, and additional spaces are currently in development.
