Project update

A new chapter for Ca' Della Nave

The architectural restoration, adaptive reuse, and upgrading of Ca’ della Nave officially began earlier this year.

Venice, Italy

04/02/26

The project involves a comprehensive upgrade of the former Villa Priuli Grimani Morosini and the original Arnold Palmer–designed golf course at Ca’ della Nave Golf Club in Martellago, just outside Venice, integrating architectural, landscape, and spatial strategies to shape a world-class golf resort destination.

The work has now entered the construction phase, with initial activities focused on the conservation of the historic building and the reorganization of its interior spaces. Key interventions include the restoration of the restaurant’s drainage system, the completion of the gravel paving for the parking area in front of the restaurant, and the optimization of kitchen and bar/dining area workflows to improve operational efficiency from preparation to service.

Through a careful balance between heritage preservation and contemporary use, the intervention aims to redefine the spatial quality and brand identity of historic villa golf estates in the Venice metropolitan area.
