Ca' della Nave Restaurant: Construction Update

On site at Ca' della Nave. The restaurant pavilion “Le serre” renovation is going on with three parallel workstreams advancing simultaneously across the building currently.

Interior fit-out. Lighting fixtures have arrived on site and are being staged for installation.

Terrace platform. The outdoor dining terrace is being raised to its final level. Formwork is set and concrete is being poured to create an elevated platform that will connect the restaurant interior to the surrounding landscape, aligning indoor and outdoor dining levels for seamless guest circulation.

Roof and services integration. The existing clay-tile roof is under active restoration with scaffolding in place across the main building elevation. Where the original structure meets the glass pavilion, a standing-seam copper roof has been installed, with Corten steel guttering and lead flashing detailing the junction between old and new. Mechanical services have been integrated within the ceiling.

Construction continues on programme.
